Dr. Geraldo Herrera, M.D.

Dr. Geraldo A. Herrera finished his medical education and internship at the University of the Philippines-College of Medicine in 2001.

He underwent residency training in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology at the Philippine Orthopedic Center where he became one of the Chief Residents and also held the position of President of the Association of Residents in the Medical Staff. After residency graduation, he immediately was accepted as Fellow of the Philippine Orthopedic Institute Arthritis and Joint Fellowship Program under the tutelage of Dr. Ramon Gustilo.  He underwent another subspecialty training in Joint Replacement of the Hip and Knee abroad, specifically in Flinders Medical Centre and Repatriation General Hospital in Adelaide, South Australia under the guidance of Dr. Jegananth Krishnan and other nominated consultants.  He joined the Philippine Orthopedic Institute upon his return from Australia in 2008.

 

Dr. Geraldo A. Herrera is a board-certified Diplomate and Fellow of the Philippine Orthopedic Association.  His hospital affiliations include Makati Medical Center, Medical Center Manila, Lung Center of the Philippines, Cardinal Santos Medical Center and Fairview General Hospital.

His clinic hours are every Friday 10am-3pm, other days and times by appointment only.
